Stop discovering a lapse from the payer

A provider whose license or enrollment lapses stops being billable that day, and
restoring them can take 90 to 120 days. RosterSafe warns you on a schedule you
set, keeps warning daily as the date closes, and escalates to the owner. A lapse
cannot be dismissed to make the screen quiet.

One roster instead of one spreadsheet per client

Every provider across every client practice in a single list, sorted by what is
due first. No per-client tabs to reconcile, and no question about which copy is
current.

Give clients visibility without giving them everything

A client's staff can be given read-only access pinned to their own practice.
They see their providers and nothing else, and the boundary is enforced in the
database rather than by hiding buttons.

Something to show for the work

Three report kinds: client health for the check-in, compliance readiness for an

Catch an exclusion before it becomes a refund

The whole roster is re-screened every day against the OIG exclusion list,
SAM.gov and state Medicaid lists. Only genuinely new hits raise an alert, and
matching is conservative and resolved by a person, because a possible exclusion
and an exclusion are different facts.

Know your alerts are actually landing

Every send is recorded per channel with its status and the reason when it fails.
An alerting product that goes quiet without telling you is worse than none at
all, because you have already stopped checking by hand.

Onboard a roster in one session

Import from CSV with column mapping, up to 500 rows per file. Invalid rows come
back with the reason rather than rejecting the file, and providers can be
enriched in bulk from NPPES. Duplicate detection offers a merge rather than

Correct across time zones

Deadlines are counted on your firm's own calendar, not UTC, so a date is the

The minimum is set as a quantity of 4 providers, so the smallest paid bill is

Annual is billed at 10 times the monthly rate rather than 12, so two months are

What counts as an active provider is one on your roster that RosterSafe is
tracking deadlines for. The count is reconciled against your roster nightly, so
you are billed on your actual book rather than on seats you bought once and
forgot.

Adding a provider mid-period is charged prorated for the days you use. Removing
one does not produce a refund and does not lower the bill mid-period. The slot
stays paid until the period ends, so you can move a different provider into it
at no extra cost, and the reduction is applied at your next renewal.

Both plans run the same product. Six things differ: active providers (1 against
up to 1,000), team members (3 against up to 100), history retained (12 months
against 120), alert delivery (in-app and email, with push added on paid),
analytics screens, and the activity and audit log. Everything else is on both,
including deadline tracking with alert windows you configure, client practices
and the rollup across them, payer enrollment tracking, the CAQH re-attestation
clock, OIG-LEIE and SAM.gov exclusion screening, the document vault with version
history and provider upload links, reports and branded PDF exports, the owner,
credentialer and read-only client roles, and two-factor authentication with
session control and an IP allowlist.

No contract and no annual lock-in on the monthly plan. You can sign up, import a
