Kids' church, the nursery and the worship team are counted with simple + and - buttons, so the whole church is in the total.\n\nThe report is ready the moment the service ends: the total, adults and children, visitors, and how full the room was. Trends show your average, your busiest Sunday and first-time visitors month by month. Export a spreadsheet or print a report for your board.\n\nFirst-time visitors can be marked as they sit, and churches that want to follow up can note a visitor's name. Names never show on the seating chart, view-only accounts never see them, they are deleted automatically after 30, 90 or 365 days, and children are never named.\n\nA parking heads-up lets a parking-lot usher tell the team inside that a party is on the way (party size, entrance, first-time or accessible), with seats together already suggested. It sends counts only, never names or license plates.\n\nOwners set up the room, the services and the team. Ushers count. Viewers, such as the pastor, board or treasurer, see the reports only. Counting keeps working with a weak signal: taps are kept on the phone and sent when the connection returns.\n\nPewPin does one job, attendance seat by seat.
