The archive is hosted in the EU (Paris) and operates as a GoBD-compliant, append-only 10-year store, eliminating the need for a separate archiving solution. A monthly ZIP export containing PDFs, XMLs, and a CSV summary is prepared automatically for accountants. A quarterly OSS report and a BOP CSV import file for the German BZSt portal are included at no extra cost. Merchants can search and download invoices directly from a dashboard inside Shopify admin.
