I was so surprised at how easy it was to learn and to teach to others. Organization was simple and easy to change the status or assign folks. The settings had lots of great options in terms of the best way to remind people of tasks or new taskboards.
Pros
This made it possible for me to take on a new role that I was lacking in experience. Asana allowed me to up my game and communicate tasks and projects well across teams internally and with external partners.
Cons
Honestly, nothing to say here this is one I would use for my personal life/work if I was busy enough!

Pros
It's easy to setup and use. It's also easy to collaborate with other users.
Cons
The pricing tiers escalate you up to more expensive plans quickly as your business grows.

Asana is great but save your own stuff separately

Pros
I liked that it had a lot of bells and whistles to track projects.
Cons
I hated that when you leave a company that used Asana, there is NO WAY to get all the templates and tweaks you did to your Asana workspace when you leave the company.

Pros
I liked how easy is to set up, add new team members and easily communicate and organize information with your team.
Cons
I wish there was a better way to organize the folders in asana instead of them being lined up and some more templates available.

Pros
The UI and UX are really nice and I like being able to organise all my tasks into projects and colour code them.
Cons
I think the free version is a little limited for single person business owners. I would upgrade once I scale and have multiple team members, but the free version is all I can work with at the moment. It would be really helpful to have some basic automations and project templates in this version.
