Overall Box is my favorite cloud storage software. I use both Online and Mobile App and love the seamless use from one to the other. In all the years that I've been using Box, I have never had a single security issue. The functions are easy and intuitive. File loading and transferring is very fast. Box is a very solid and reliable product, with a high trust factor. I highly recommened.
Pros
Box offered the best introductory deal, so I gave it a try. I like the clean interface, ease of use, security, and intuitive functions. Box makes file sharing easy and very reliable.
Cons
I've been using Box for over 3 years and have never had a negative experience.

Pros
I liked the ease of being able to transfer files between office computers at a very competitive price.
Cons
The sychronisation was sometimes slow and the software was very limited with compatibility of operating systems.

Box is overall not user friendly and does not allow multiple users to edit the document, if it was opened by another user. It does though allow for a reliable storage of documents and easy sharing.
Pros
It was organization specific and allowed for easy sharing of documents. It was also a good place to store documents.
Cons
Because it used Word to upload, when documents were shared among users the document could be only be viewed and not edited. It then required a new document to be saved because users could not edit the document at once. It also was not user friendly and took a while to understand how it worked.

Pros
Box excels in providing robust cloud storage and file-sharing to enable collaboration among teams with much ease. Its ease of use, combined with good integration into popular productivity tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, and Slack, makes it highly effective for business. Advanced security features of Box include encryption and granular access control, particularly helpful when it comes to dealing with sensitive documents.
Cons
While Box has great functionality, the pricing for Box can be quite steep with its structure for small businesses, particularly if you have to scale up or require additional storage.
