Pros
Incredibly easy to streamline all company operations with this platform, including email management for our staff.
Cons
I wish user seats were cheaper, or that there is a limit before each new user is an additional charge.

Overall, I have had an incredibly positive experience with Google Workspace; however, I'm a long time user. there may be a learning curve if you are utilizing other products since some of the names and formulas are different.
Pros
The GWS ecosystem is integrated together well. All items are seamlessly interactive. For example, the ability in Google Docs to reference another document, spreadsheet, etc. and have the File linked - as opposed to just a blank URL - makes searching for, finding, and hyperlinking a so much better experience.
Cons
Just like DRM (always online) functionality in some softwares, the reliance on internet to really utilize the tool means being tethered to a connection most of the time. When I lived in a very rural area,I had some difficulty using the tool at times. Also, the Freemium version has a pretty low storage limit.
Lastly, not being able to utilize all the same formulas in Google Sheets that are in other popular programs (MS Spreadsheets, I'm looking at you) is frustrating at times.

Overall, we still use Google Workspace. Sometimes it's frustrating with the speed and capabilities. For a Small business its a great tool.
Pros
You can use Google Workspace anywhere in the world. But the functionalities are minimal. It's great for a small business to keep all the documents in one place.
Cons
Functionality and loading speed. It was very slow at times. Also, document editing tools don't have the capability as the desktop software like Office.

Overall, I like it and feel like it's great value for the money. I have been a user for almost a year now.
Pros
I have multiple emails that I use for cold email campaigns, and Google Workspace makes it pretty easy to keep them separated and organized.
Cons
When trying to find how to cancel and close out a space for a particular email address, usually after it starts ending up in spam folders, it can be difficult to find and navigate to.
