Whil creating a category for everything is a great function, if you manage multiple properties, you will have to select each property individually to access the information of the residents at that site. The issue is that directly competes with their best features - bulk settings.

> RealPage is a below average-to-average quality Property Management Software (PMS). The overall quality is equal to the cost, which is not much. I'd recommend this software for companies who are looking to expand for the first time. After a certain point, you will need something better, and less clunky.
