CezanneHR helps us in the daily personnel management of the company to which I belong. With an initial training you can get in the way of CezanneHR in no time. The portal is made up of many features that, month after month, have been integrated and improved, also in function of what each customer may want. The forum and the guides are useful in pursuing its objective.

Cezanne gives us all the features we need to support HR functions - from onboarding through to performance reviews, finance and amazing learning tools. Straightforward pricing by module.

A little fiddly to set up, but once done it is amazing!

Multi-functionality - covers a lot of features!
Cons
It has a lot of errors and it can be quite complex - not very intuitive at times. Support has improved however, which makes it easier to navigate issues.

I think for employees, it's a great portal that gives easy access to everything they need.
Cons
The usability for administrators is very long winded, I feel some of the processes could be shortened and simplified

It has been good so far, there has been very little issues. The app is user friendly and makes access very simple and easy for older employees in our organisation. It makes the HR function a lot easier.
Pros
I like the array of different functions that it has. From a HR pov there is a lot of reports that we can pull that give good insights into the working of our organisation.
Cons
Sometimes the amount of functions available can be overwhelming but this is hardly a negative.
