A great way to merge several documents into one easy to handle PDF!

Webmerge is a great service. It allows you to take lots of data from one entity, send it to WebMerge and in using rules allows you to build a package of files to be used by other means. The interface is a little confusing at first, but hints and such that pop up while you are working through the process helps. I love that it allows me to add CC individuals to the packages so that they can watch its progress.

As for customer service, My rep and his team are very knowledgeable and assist very quickly! They even provide custom services, which we have utilized several times. When dealing with them, you don't feel like a customer you feel like family.

Overall, this is a great program for a great price with amazing customer service to boot!

Webmerge is a great service. It allows you to take lots of data from one entity, send it to WebMerge and in using rules allows you to build a package of files to be used by other means. Pros

WebMerge provides various templates and helps building the custom templates which can be merged with any kind of data. These documents can then be send to various contacts with our colleagues.
It helps integrating with various 3rd party applications.

Cons

The user interface needs the improvement to make the application user friend. The functionality seems fine as it helps merging the information well.

Barring my complaint about the dramatic price increase, my overall experience has been good. My company needed a quick solution and this product did exactly what it said it could do.

Pros

Easy to setup. Works with multiple programs. Makes Web forms much easier to add function to.

Cons

Before My 2020 July bill I would have said there were no real cons. However I just received my billing this month and the rate tripled. I am re-assessing how much we are using the product vs having my developer going ahead and converting our forms into our Google G-suite accounts and using the mail merge coding in Gsuite. However if you have very little skills with programming this platform will meet your needs.

Pros

Formstack Sign as been a great addition to our business. Our sales force leverages multiple different platforms and back ends all that require different contracts and agreements for their customers. Using Formstacks easy to use process takes the guess work out for the sales force through providing a universal interface every time.

Cons

You can't send out partially filled out applications without it all being editable. Our sales people want to fill out the customer pricing, but have the customer fill out the rest. This system doesn't allow for that.
