We are working with workai now for 5 years and we cannot complain. It was a great revolution, not only for our intranet but also for our whole communication.
Pros
The workai CMS is super easy to use, also for colleagues who are not familiar to similar products. It's also super easy to put ugly content in a good-looking shape. Also, we managed to put our content mess in an order which works for our users.
Cons
Sometimes great new ideas, take a lot of time. But in the end it's worth the wait ;)

workai is very simple to use and implement. It is appealing to the eye and also fun to create posts.
Cons
A lot of empty content is being generated accidentally which only the Administrator/ Publisher can delete.
